The Crofton Adrenaline junior A girls’ lacrosse team has had a solid start to the season this spring, going 2-4 through six games, staying competitive in all matches, and showing great strides in teamwork.
“The team continues to get better and better every game,” said Head Coach Leigh Cloyd. “The team is starting to play smart lacrosse and working like a team.”
In addition to Olivia Davis (left) and Jessie Pate (right), the Adrenaline have received outstanding play this season from goalkeeper Kaylee Smith (who coach Cloyd says has played well and made huge advancements despite having little experience at the demanding position), Alli Gigliotti, Jessica Gursholt, Brianna Gulakowski, Stephanie Heffron, Madeline Cloyd, Sarah Jordan, Payton Kenney, Lindsay Kohlmann, Mackenzie Kolesar, Olivia Laabs, Tiffany Lee, Grace Licsko, Katelyn McCullough, Riley Rafterry-Lee, Colleen Roy, Katie Sheehan and Colleen Wagner.
“We look forward to seeing the teams we lost to in the playoffs,” said coach Cloyd.
